Vincent Diner, Glenbrook
Vincent Diner is a family owned cafe and restaurant located in Glenbrook, Blue Mountains. The food, coffee and service is a solid 10/10 and the Glenbrook cafe ticks all boxes by leaving you fully satisfied, happy and ready to take on the day. Their ‘Smashed Avo’ is one of the few Smashed Avo’s I’ve had where they don’t shy away from the avo on the plate. So if you’re looking for a hella-good Smashed Avo, Vincent Diner is the place! Their Gluten Free Toast is also one of my favourite GF breads. Add some halloumi and/or bacon with a Vincent Diner coffee and you have yourself an unbelievable trio!
