RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As of 2026, Most of our products are now made to order through our overseas print-on-demand production partners. Due to the size of the business, this is all we can facilitate at the moment. If we are able to keep growing we will look to re-introduce a local fulfilment  warehouse.

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are final once production begins.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Thanks for understanding, and if you are unsure or have tendencies to be a 'Karen' and make things difficult just because - then please don't order anything. lol. if you were offended by that comment, then again - please don't order anything or wear our stuff.
