Sandoitchi Cafe, Sydney

Sandoitchi is a pretty tiny Japanese cafe on Oxford street that offers high bench dining looking out to the street (great for people watching). This one has been on our hit list for a while as we’ve had our eyes on the Japanese Sandos. Of course we ordered the Prawn Katsu Sando and oh my was it full of flavour and so juicy and tender. It honestly oozed with flavour and had just the right amount of Japanese mayo to balance everything out. Our other meal was the Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough with Namh Jim Sauce which sounds simple, but the chilli sauce added so much flavour to the perfect, fluffy eggs. Sandoitchi serve up Single O coffee so you can enjoy a really great coffee with your breaky or brunch Sando! They’ve also been written up in articles naming them one of Sydney’s best sandwich shops, so I’d be ordering a Sando toot sweet.
