Kickaboom Cafe, Blue Mountains
Kickaboom is located in Glenbrook and serves the best coffee the Blue Mountains has to offer. The quirky cafe certainly shows its similarities in their drinks and food menu and truly brightens up your day. Their Speculatte (a hot milk beverage made with a Dutch spiced biscuit) with an optional espresso shot (NOTE: An Espresso Speculatte IS a must) is pure heaven in your mouth. Their Monsieur Benny is another highlight of the menu. A cheddar cheese and wilted spinach toastie with poached eggs, chilli and hollandaise on top. A unique twist to the traditional Eggs Benny, but an epic unique twist! I highly recommend adding the bacon jam to take it to the next level of pure deliciousness. An Espresso Speculatte paired with the Monsieur Benny with bacon jam is the perfect combo for a great start to your day. Need I say more?
