ChimiChuri Cafe

ChimiChuri is a cute boutique cafe hidden away at the bottom of a commercial building in Chatswood. With a unique Latin, Asian and American inspired menu, this cafe is certainly special! This cafe is for those wanting a unique food experience and for all those insta-food lovers out there, this cafe is for you! #Foodie

Their Signature dish is the Black Benedict. The Soft shell crab, poached eggs, salmon roe, house black hollandaise, served on a charcoal brioche bun is a must when you visit this cafe. Their recommended dish ‘Scallop Shell’ is also an absolute must for anyone wanting something unique yet delicious. With seared scallops, yuzu mayo, sautéed mushrooms, seaweed scramble egg, black caviar, house au jus served with house croissant is to die for. For all the truffle lovers out there, they currently have a special ‘Truffle Menu’ during truffle season with a few dishes that showcase the true beauty of truffle. I recommend getting there a bit earlier on weekends to get a table as weekends can get quite busy.
